• Account data - name, work email, organisation, role, and tenant assignment for users with a TI account.
• Document content - the tender packs and related materials you upload, processed only to provide the service to your tenant.
• Usage data - pages visited, features used, timestamps, IP address, browser and device metadata.
• Consent records - your cookie preferences and the timestamp/version of your decision.

• Contract - to deliver the platform to your organisation under our terms of service.
• Legitimate interests - service security, abuse prevention, product improvement.
• Consent - for non-essential cookies and any marketing communications.
• Legal obligation - to comply with tax, accounting, and law-enforcement requests.

We share personal data only with sub-processors required to operate the service (cloud hosting, email delivery, observability). A current list of sub-processors is available on request. We do not sell personal data.

Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Account data is retained for the duration of the customer agreement and a short period afterwards for legal and accounting purposes. Tender content is retained per the tenant's data retention settings. Consent records are retained for 12 months.
